If we don't deliver, you don't pay

If a paid audit fails to produce your report (for any technical reason on our side) and we can't fix it promptly, you get a full refund, no questions asked.

Delivered audits

An audit is a one-time analysis whose cost is incurred when it runs, so delivered reports aren't automatically refundable. That said: if the report clearly didn't do its job, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right: a re-run, a credit, or a refund, depending on what went wrong.

Credit packs

Unused credits are refundable pro-rata within 14 days of purchase. Spent credits are treated like delivered audits.

How to request

Email hello@everfound.ai from your account address with the site you audited. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
