  • Where's my report? It generates within a few minutes of payment. Your console shows progress and we email you when it's ready. More than 15 minutes? Email us.
  • How do I sign back in? Request a sign-in link at /signin with the email you bought with.
  • What does a credit do? One credit = one new site audit or one re-audit. Buy them in packs from pricing or inside the console.
  • Refunds? See the refund policy. Short version: if we don't deliver, you don't pay.
